This past weekend I went to my first Phillies game with Mommy, Oma, Poppy, Uncle Tommy and Keri. We went to Pittsburgh and I had such a great time...
The wierdest thing that happened to me during the trip was that I got to meet Elvis! Elvis, I know, I couldn't believe it either! I must say though that my white jumpsuit was way better than his black one! Who dresses this man!?!
After meeting Elvis we walked around Pittsburgh a bit and had lunch, the game was at night time. This was also cool because it was past my bed time and I got to stay up! Mommy didn't think was cool because I did get a little crank, just a little though ;) Ryan Howard hit a 2-run homer in the first inning, I couldn't believe it, that was so cool to see!
The worst part of the trip was the drive. It was soooo loooong! I was so tired of being in my car seat. I am SOOO SOOO HAPPY that my sisters didn't move out to Pittsburgh, I would never have seen them becuase the drive would be too long to go all the time. I'm much happier that they're closer to me and I can even see them on Wednesdays when daddy goes to visit them. But I'm digressing here...All in all the trip was fun and I can't wait until my next Phillies game!

I'm glad that you and your crew had a nice time in my home town Jamison, even though the Phillies won 2 games! At least it wasn't a sweep - no brooms this time around. Next up - the Penguins!
I can't believe how lucky you are . . . Elvis - the King, the ride on the incline, your picture at Mt. Washington . . . WOW! Just make sure the next time you go "out west" they take you for the Primanti Brothers sandwich. You will love it, I know.
